Building Climate Resilience in the Caribbean:

Towards a regional multi-stakeholder approach

The discussions will outline the major challenges of regional cooperation on climate resilience, strengthen the knowledge of participants, and generate exchanges on possible future action.

The event will be structured around several key moments:

  • welcome speeches by the official partners (9h00-9h30),
  • panels of experts on climate resilience (9h30-10h20) and regional civil society actors (10h30-11h20),
  • Learnings from the PAIRC-C (11h30-11h55),
  • discussion groups on the themes at the core of the issue of climate resilience (12h05-13h15)  and feedback in plenary (14h20-15h20),
  • perspectives offered by Karayib Klima and the presentation of several initiatives under consideration (15h30-16h30).

Mr Fils-Aimé, co founder of « Haiti Climat », will be our Master of Ceremony for this special webinar on climate resilience. Haiti Climat is the first haitian multimedia platform dedicated to the production of content related to environment, climate change and renewable energies.
